PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & TERMS OF PURCHASE

AirVenture Academy LLC

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser ("Participant") and AirVenture Academy LLC ("Company") regarding the purchase and participation in the MTR Starter Pack course ("Course"). By enrolling in this Course, the Participant agrees to the following terms:

1. Course Access and Materials

1.1. The Participant will receive access to the MTR Starter Pack course platform for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, access to the course and its materials will expire.

1.2. The Course includes pre-recorded video lessons, templates, checklists, and calculators, all of which are accessible during the 90-day access period.

1.3. The Participant may download provided templates, checklists, and calculators for personal use. However, access to video lessons and platform content is limited to the 90-day period.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for the purchase of the MTR Starter Pack under any circumstances.

2.2. By enrolling, the Participant understands and agrees that they are committing to the full cost of the course and will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of whether the Participant completes or accesses the Course materials.

3. License to Use Course Materials

3.1. The Participant is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for their own personal educational purposes.

3.2. The Participant agrees not to share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of the Course materials, including video lessons, templates, checklists, or calculators, without prior written permission from AirVenture Academy LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to video lessons, templates, checklists, and calculators, are the intellectual property of AirVenture Academy LLC and are protected by copyright law.

4.2. Unauthorized use of any materials may result in termination of access to the Course and legal action.

5. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

5.1. The MTR Starter Pack is intended for educational and informational purposes only. AirVenture Academy LLC does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. The information provided in the Course should not be considered professional advice.

5.2. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided in the Course.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. AirVenture Academy LLC does not guarantee any specific results or income as a result of completing the Course.

6.2. The Participant assumes all responsibility for any actions they take based on the information provided in the Course.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the MTR Starter Pack, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
